An innovative production process in a nutshell
Rexam Pharma in its mission to serve the pharmaceutical industry with the best products and services is launching Evipharm and Secupharm, new filled-in-line desiccant caps, associated with their standard range of pill jars.
These new innovative closures were developed in the Rexam Pharma plant in Offranville, a state-of-the-art facility with a long standing experience in pharma containers and closures.
A fully integrated process for manufacturing the caps was introduced, including injection of plastic parts , automated assembly and desiccant filling.
This new process will bring outstanding value to the pharmaceutical companies.
From the quality standpoint, improved traceability and process control reinforce existing GMP compliance. Evipharm has a filled-in desiccant ranging from 0.6g to 3.4g and tamper evident features
Secupharm is the new reference in child-resistant “push-and-turn” caps, with the same tamper evident features as Evipharm. Secupharm meets all possible customers needs.
