Sharpak puts a clear lid on it!New Sharpak protein packs are extending their product life cycle thanks to an increased consumer demand for added value meat and poultry products.

Seasonal demand for high end value meat products saw Sharpak new dome packs fly off the shelf over the Christmas period. The packs are designed to display the product to its full potential, whilst maximising protection and consumer appeal. The crystal clear dome lids clip securely onto a coloured Apet base giving the retailer a pack designed to compliment the high value product.

“We are constantly looking for ways to ensure our packaging solutions offer the best combination of product protection and presentation,” commented Bob Hayes, European Business Manager at Sharpak. “Sharpak prides itself on working closely with its customers to find exactly the right solution and we are thrilled that our designs have been such a success and product usage has been so universal” he concluded.

The packs, originally designed for Turkeys as part of Sharpaks strategy to grow their position in the premium range market of protein packaging are versatile packs and are already being utilised by a number of retailers for high end meat products such as Duck and Venison.
