HCP Packaging announces new mascara brush developments

HCP Packaging announces new mascara brush developmentsHCP Packaging USA, Inc. is proud to unveil three revolutionary “State of the Art” developments in mascara application concepts: HCP’s Triad wire wound brush, Volumizer wire wound brush, and I-Brush Molded Mascara brush.

  • HCP’s Triad Application Concept
HCP’s patented Triad application concept offers multiple performance characteristics in the same delivery system all within the initial product application. The asymmetrical triangular brush profile has been uniquely engineered to incorporate a product feed groove and multiple application surfaces allowing for superior product payoff, improved lifting, curling and combing performance allowing for quick building, thickening and volumizing characteristics.

The product feed groove allows for a second application of product within the same product application sequence promoting an even product application over the whole eyelash reducing product clumping. The multiple surfaces within the delivery system design offers comfortable product application to both eyes using either hand.

  • HCP’s Volumizer Application Concept
HCP’s patented Volumizer application concept offers multiple performance characteristics through its unique curved triangular asymmetrical applicator design. The curved brush design opens up the filaments along the product feed groove allowing for superior product loading. This allows for excellent product payoff and superior volumizing, quick building, thickening and lengthening characteristics.

The asymmetrical triangular applicator profile provides improved retention of product within the embodiment of the brush and superior curling / lifting characteristics. The curved applicator design requires no brush orientation to obtain maximum performance benefits.

  • HCP’s I-Brush - Molded Mascara Brush Application Concept
HCP’s unique manufacturing technique has allowed for the development of a superior molded mascara brush design. The design features a filament sleeve with bristles in a superior geometrical array molded in soft polymer and assembled over a solid wand. The solid wand provides stability to the applicator improving product loading, product payoff and ease of use for the consumer.

The state of the art geometrical spacing of the bristles provides for longitudinal and radial channels for the product to be deposited into and allows the eyelashes to flow through them, improving the transfer of product onto the eyelashes.

The excellent product payoff provides for improved volumizing, defining and lengthening performance characteristics. The triangular profile of bristles also provides improved retention of product within the embodiment of the brush and exceptional defining performance characteristics.
