Aarts Plastics has collaborated with Comma to create an elegant perfume bottle for their first fragrance: Set your sign! Comma is a fashion and lifestyle brand for the modern woman who follows her own path, self-confident, and who effortlessly manages the demands of everyday life with style, class and elegance. With exclusive materials, great detail, and feminine silhouettes, comma offers urban styling with smart sex appeal.

The design is equally purist and elegant: the clear, chiseled shape of the heavy glass bottle is topped by a round, shiny cap in elegant greige. The people from Aarts Plastics developed this cap together with the House of Perfumes Mäurer & Wirtz. In order to do so, they have applied two moulds to produce an inner and outer section. A high density inner section gives weight to the cap, whereas the material for the outside of the cap guarantees a smooth surface. The elegant greige color was achieved by using a masterbatch produced in-house by the injection moulder from the Netherlands.
