The Challenge

ĕleeo’s legacy rigid packaging posed common e-commerce risks, including leakage during transit, high fulfillment costs, and environmental inefficiencies. Product damage led to returns, replacement logistics, and negative customer experiences, while excess plastic and secondary packaging conflicted with growing sustainability expectations.

The AeroFlexx Solution

To address these challenges, ĕleeo partnered with AeroFlexx to launch the Boogie Bubbling Vapor Bath in the AeroFlexx Pak. This lightweight, flexible package performs like a rigid bottle while using significantly less plastic. Designed specifically for parcel shipping, it reduces leakage, eliminates the need for secondary packaging, and simplifies the supply chain.

The new packaging delivers up to 65% less plastic, improved e-commerce performance, and lower transportation and fulfillment costs. Its self-sealing, one-handed dispensing enhances convenience for parents, while its playful, floating design elevates bath time for children; demonstrating how innovative packaging can drive sustainability, efficiency, and brand differentiation.
