D.N.Airless: The Nea Airless dispenser is the full airless pack solution that guarantees the best protection for fragile or natural origin formulas for skin care, hair care and make-up.

This fully airless pack is available worldwide with a 35mm diameter for 30, 40 and 50ml volumes, making homogenous product ranges possible. The formula is fully protected from the Nea engine by the airless pack and the optional use of a custom actuator.

The Nea technology platform used on D.N.Airless guarantees perfect neutrality with respect to the formula. Thanks to a glass ball inside the engine and a spring outside the dosage chamber, the formula never comes into contact with the metal. This engine also protects formula from any risk of discolouration or incompatibility. Using an airless pack prevents the formula from coming into contact with the air.

With D.N.Airless, Albéa is fulfilling the wishes of customers who want additional protection with the option of a self-sealing actuator. This makes the pack completely airtight, blocking any airflow back into the dispensing channel. It also stops the formula from drying out between uses.

D.N.Airless combines a neutral engine, an airless environment and the possibility of self-sealing actuator for ultimate protection of every formula - even the most viscous. D.N.Airless is also an ergonomic pack that offers great ease of use through smooth, delicate activation of the actuator.

D.N.Airless is fully customizable; the collar, actuator and cap can be customized on request. The bottle can be decorated to the customer's wishes utilizing the Albéa group's broad decoration capabilities, which include silk screening, hot stamping, vacuum metallizing and offset varnishing. Thanks to Albéa's proprietary Snap-On technology, D.N.Airless products are delivered in just two parts and are easy to top-fill under atmospheric conditions on high-speed-lines.

The D.N.Airless range is produced in Albéa's Le Tréport, France plant, the centre of excellence for pumps, as well as at the Lacrost, France plant, which has great expertise in airless system manufacturing.
