Albéa Tips Studio offers global opportunities for creating, developing and producing applicators for all-new beauty gestures and make-up effects. This approach is based on market research as well as consumer analyses and tests that identify women's expectations. Technically, it relies on rapid prototyping and rigorous evaluation methodologies as well as the management of intellectual property and full-service possibilities. In a make-up market on the rise worldwide, marked by a rapid pace of product launches, Albéa Tips Studio lets brands stay ahead of the market using its expertise and innovative and distinctive solutions.

Both fibre and plastic brushes are undoubtedly the most high-tech item in a cosmetic bag. Combined with the formula and wiper contained in the bottle, they give women the volume, length, curve and combing results promised by the products. For that reason, Albéa works with customers to develop a brush that creates the desired make-up effect or can provide brushes designed and created by its teams to meet the future market trends.

Every year, Albéa Tips Studio experts in Europe and North America develop more than 30 new applicator designs and prototypes, while also optimizing our manufacturing techniques and development processes. Now that the Bottanuco site has opened in Italy, Albéa has a global expertise centre dedicated to make-up applicators. Furthermore, Albéa customers have a dedicated development and production area as well as a comprehensive library of fibre and plastic brushes.

The applicators are then assembled with standard or specific bottles, which are produced at Albéa's regional centres of excellence in Italy, Mexico, Brazil and China, all providing integrated injection, assembly and decoration capabilities.

Three product families created by the Albéa Tips Studio have already been launched:

• The My Style and Lash Mania mascara lines, whose fibre and plastic brushes create catwalk-worthy make-up effects
• And for the lips, the Love Affair lip gloss line, with their attractive and ergonomic applicators!

Albéa Tips Studio's latest innovation, a line of fibre mascara brushes with an evocative name, Secret Garden, can be discovered in Hall 18, booth F40, at Cosmopack Bologna taking place from March 19-22.
