Alpha Packaging is excited to introduce a new Eco-line of its popular PET Packers. With a lighter weight and recyclable materials, these packers work great while offering a more sustainable solution.

Designed for Top Performance

Alpha’s newest product launch, the Eco-Line of PET packers, is perfect for gummies and softgels that need wider neck openings. Optimized preform design ensures performance during filling, capping and labeling.

Lighter Weight

These packers are consumer-friendly while delivering a lower-weight, resulting in a more sustainable package. Some sizes and gram weight options are 30% lighter than the bottles they replace.

Alpha’s family of Eco-Line PET Packers is currently available in sizes from 250cc to 625cc, and many sizes are available in multiple gram weights. You can order samples in clear of the following sizes:

250cc 45-400 Round
300cc 45-400 Round
400cc 53-400 Round
500cc 53-400 Round
623cc 53-400 Round

In addition to the sizes available now, more sizes of round Eco-Line Packers will be added in the near future. Look for samples of 225cc, 750cc and 950cc round bottles in early 2022.

HDPE Cylindrical Euro Jars

Pretium, a leading brand in Custom Blow Molding (CBM) packaging, has recently introduced a new line of 100mm HDPE Cylindrical Euro Jars. The product line consists of four different sizes and is readily available for purchase. The jars come in standard colors such as white, black, and natural HDPE. They are perfect for packaging sports nutrition powders and supplements.

High-Performing Packaging for Liquid Lines

Pretium's 2-stage PET rounds are a high-performance packaging solution for liquid lines. These rounds are manufactured in Cleveland, Ohio, and use approximately 20% less plastic than other versions. Thanks to superior wall distribution, decoration options like labeling are available. You can choose from a variety of colors, including black, clear, cobalt blue, dark green, light, amber, and white. The PET rounds come in different sizes ranging from 125ml to 473ml (4oz - 16oz), and they are available with neck finishes of 24-410 and 28-410.
