The purpose of this role is to support all electrical and mechanical activities at the Andover Manufacturing site and the role operates on a 3 shift rotating pattern (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am). This position is required to implement all activities in relation to all electrical and mechanical equipment, control processes and compliance to local and national legislation. Ensuring it is maintained at the required standards, whilst proposing and implementing modifications that will have a direct impact on the improvement of safety, quality, efficiency, profitability, cost management, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

Working meticulously this role will ensure effective and efficient fault diagnostics and solutions are delivered within a safe electrically compliant framework. Driving performance Improvement through effective optimisation of PLC and all other control systems. This includes addressing and optimising all technical issues that may affect the overall performance of all the Andover site equipment and facilities.

Proactively seeking out opportunities for improvements in all areas of the site, initiating and leading projects to drive safety, quality, cost or environmental factors.
