The clever transport and storage packaging for medical vials serves as optimum protective packaging from secondary microbial contamination and transport damage from production to the warehouse by means of RAKO boxes.

The newly developed packaging is provided with a unique first-opening guarantee that ensures that previous opening is visually identifiable. The innovation is the additional pre-perforated clamping cam on the fastener. On first opening it detaches and sticks in the fastener. Thus a clearly visible hole is made.

This ideal pharmaceutical packaging consists of five folding side faces which, thanks to precise shaping, optimally protect the vials from all sides. The indentations of the two cover halves fit together and seal the pack. In spite of the space-saving W arrangement of the five standing vials, contact between them is not possible. The transparent PET and the label spaces enable identification from outside.

The economic benefit is manufacture with only one tool in one work step. In addition the rectangular boxes allow additional packing material to be dispensed with.
