Job Description

Take on important responsibilities as a Global Labeling Manager in the field of labeling strategies and regulations within our corporate department Global Regulatory Affairs. Utilize your experience in the field of regulatory affairs (RA) or pharmacovigilance to deliver high-quality labeling strategies and compliance with and for our partners in an international and crossfunctional environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

In your new role you are resposible for creation and maintenance of Company Core Data Sheets (CCDS) or conceptual CCDS during development of innovative drugs.
Therefore you advise and guide relevant functions on labeling strategies, labeling regulations and language.
In close collaboration with our RA Managers you interpret labeling-relevant health authority requests on product information and are responsible for the compilation of answers.
Furthermore you oversee and monitor consistency of CCDS with local or regional labeling documents.
You provide training to internal stakeholders on labeling requirements and standards.
Local and regional labeling requirements (with main focus on Europe) are evaluated by yourself, e.g. by participating in expert forums and pharmaceutical associations.
Moreover you act as main contact person within the department Global Labeling for audits, investigations and inspections and ensure processes are in line with global standards.

Qualifications, Experience, Requirements

Degree in pharmaceutics, natural science or medicine (preferably PhD, MD)
2-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a Regulatory Affairs department
Solid and profound knowledge in pharmacology and/or medicine, preferably also in pharmacovigilance and drug development
Experience in managing/ leading interdisciplinary, international teams or projects
Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team environment, flexibility and willingness to adapt in a changing environment
Excellent meeting preparation and presentation skills

Language Skills

Fluent in English (both written and spoken), other languages are advantageous
