From Bros Group, a headhunting company, we are looking for a Sales Developer Manager to help a multinational company of the packaging industry to expand its business in Poland. The candidate must have experience developing sales in the cosmetics, fragrance, make-up sector.
Mission
To professionally represent and enthusiastically promote company´s products & within the cosmetics and beauty sector, focusing on identifying and correctly qualifying new business opportunities.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
- Selling:
- Increase new business sales in line with predetermined sales budgets.
- Maximise gross margins on all sales activities.
- Manage and forecast repeat sales against Roadmap clients.
- Managing and maturing sales opportunity pipeline.
- Prospecting existing clients and new targets effectively.
- Market mapping potential targets, competitors, and product trends.
- Prepare, manage and negotiate in accordance with established company operating procedures.
- Sell “additional services” where at all possible.
- Client Management:
- Responsible for client communications and the “Business relationship”.
- Developing and strengthening personal relationships with clients.
- Arrange meetings with clients and new targets to present Company’s values, products, and services.
- Meeting preparation essential to maximize selling opportunities.
- Attend/assist in group exhibitions.
- Qualification of the client. Manage, develop and update client “Customer Sales Action Plans (CSAP) with client/brand intelligence, current suppliers, packaging spends and future needs.
- Conclude meetings with the reassurance of detailed follow-up action plan to ensure opportunities progress to the next stage.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the market and evolving trends.
- Commercial responsibility covering payment terms & performance and implementing appropriate pricing.
- Implementing and negotiating annual price adjustment.
- Post-Sales administration
- Follow up any repeat order issues together with PM and Customer Service team.
- Gathering information using “Workflow” procedures for sample requests, guide pricing, or quotations.
- Work closely with Packaging Developers, Client Services, and D&E teams to communicate effectively with clients on all aspects of doing business.
- Manage any Quality Issues (NCR) according to the QP Quality Dept protocols and the Client request.
- Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to the management in a timely and consistent manner.
- Write up contact visit reports for all client meetings to inform all management.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to Sales Director.
- Weekly movements required by the sales team.
- Business development feedback on all new product launches.
- Project Management Advisor:
- Manage in their entirety the first two stages of a project known as Enquiry & Quotation, including the sending and follow up of trade samples.
- Provide precise and comprehensive information to the Project Manager in order that they may continue developing the project once the two aforementioned stages have been completed (Enquiry & Quotation).
- Together with the PM, analyze the changes requested by the customer in projects at the Development & Order Stages and determine and register the appropriate price variations or similar actions.
