New perfume cap for OTTO KERN DEEP GREY from MÄURER & WIRTZ GmbH & Co. KG
MÄURER & WIRTZ GmbH & Co. KG is setting new standards for the cap of the OTTO KERN DEEP GREY men's perfume. Instead of relying on conventional, non-recyclable Surlyn, a conscious step was taken towards sustainability: the elegant plug-in cap was made from 100% recyclable mono-material PP - exclusively at HK COSMETIC PACKAGING.
The result? An impressive design statement on the high-quality glass bottle that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also sets new standards in terms of the environment and weight. The realisation of the design placed high demands on toolmaking and production, in particular the one-piece design and the precise fit on the glass bottle required sophisticated technical solutions. However, by working closely with the customer and our development teams, we were able to realise a functional and visually appealing solution.
