Innovation: We are in the forefront of tube innovation, constantly developing new technologies for tube applications. Using state of the art technology and high precision robotics, we manufacture Injection In – Mold Labeled Polypropylene tubes out of our Dallas North Carolina facility.
 
Decoration capabilities: Printing on a flat IML film either on flexo or digital technologies, allows us to achieve superior decoration, which we apply to both our elliptical and cylindrical tubes.
 
Supply chain: Our proprietary and exclusive technology, provides high process repeatability (ensuring quality), reduces lead times, allows small MOQ’s (5,000) and thus provides faster speed to market for our customers. The overall reduction in delivery time, the reduction of MOQ’s and the speed to market, translates into lower costs of ownership for our customers.
 
Sustainability: CTL Packaging strives to be eco-friendly in its production processes. We use 100% PP material on our ESTubes, which has the lowest CO2 emissions by weight of all plastics, and in return, lowers greenhouse gas emissions. The manufacturing process is then shortened due to less production energy required. The entire ESTube is Code 5 recyclable (Head, sleeve, closure, label).
