Quality starts with you. You are the reliable and meticulous Laboratory Technician that conducts in house product testing and product release in our Beverages Plant. You are someone who can work autonomously but you are also a great team player. You enjoy dealing and supporting others within and outside our team.

This very hands-on and varied role will see you multitasking doing shelf-life testing and data entry using SAP. Your other responsibilities include:

Product sub sampling for external testing
Preparing all samples for external lab
Environmental monitoring
Running the sensory programme
Stock taking of consumables
Managing retention sample library

While previous experience in this role advantageous, we are also ideally looking or the following skills or experience:

Experience in a Laboratory Environment
Food and dairy background is preferable
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements i
Exposure to SAP
Strong computer skills
Ability to manage own workload
