Airless packaging has become a necessity for sensitive formulations, with a particular focus on the skincare, cosmetic, and personal healthcare industries. Airless pump bottles protect sensitive products by preventing them from excessive exposure to air, thus increasing product shelf life up to 15%.

GCC PKG has just released an airless pump series featuring a double-wall bottle. The elegant double wall bottle shape provides more options to choose from and can be enhanced with a variety of decoration techniques. We could make your ideas come true by custom color and two-process work like UV varnishing, lacquering, metalizing, silk printing and hot stamping, etc.

Made of SAN, the airless bottles benefit a clear-cut and sturdy, high-quality look. GCC offers a complete set of capacities 15-, 30-, 50-, 120-, 150- ml airless pump bottles including dispenser nozzle cap and protective clear over the lid, with a classic cylindrical shape. The inner reservoir is comprised of PP, which is a green and environmentally friendly material, and highly compatible with chemicals, proven to benefit for skincare formulations.
