Recently, the company launched its "Metal is Eternal" campaign to inform consumers and corporate entities about the virtues of metal as a raw material and its pre-eminent place in the packaging universe. The campaign was brought to life through an interactive edutainment presentation developed at Webpac Digital Media Studios.
"Metal is Eternal" is no idle claim. Nearly 80% of the metal ever mined by humans throughout history is still in use today, recycled and re-used infinitely with no loss of quality or attributes. Metal that begins as a simple packaging concept such as a can or tin can be recycled into just about anything, including electronic components, jet engine parts, household tools, car pieces, building materials, or any number of other items used by people every day.
The "Metal is Eternal" presentation is available for view at www.metaliseternal.com, and takes the visitor through the entire metal production, usage, and recycling process. It even offers a number of interactive 3D models that the user can customize to see what prospective products offered by the firm might look like prior to even engaging in prototyping.
Upon completion, visitors can choose to participate in Hoffmann's "Win a Tin" contest, where winners can receive a metal tin concept designed by the firm filled with some of the best professional coloured pencils on the market, a must-have for artists and designers alike.
New tube lines for shorter delivery time-frame
The increasing demand for tubes led to capacity shortages in recent months. Thanks to a new tube line at the Debrecen plant in Hungary, we will increase production and thus guarantee shorter delivery time-frames. The new line will be operational in the first quarter of 2017.

Biopelle trusts in Neopac's 10mm Polyfoil single dose tube
Biopelle Inc. faced a significant challenge in trying to find the ideal package for its unique, high potency serum product Tensage® Intensive Serum 50. Of critical importance was compatibility of the formula with the materials of the primary container. Double win at ETMA awards

Some ten years after becoming majority shareholder in Tu-Plast Ltd. based in Debrecen, Hungary, sales of the company's cosmetic products are being consolidated under the leadership of Michael Aringhoff. As commercial director, Attila Békési is heading the group's sales regions and will report directly to Michael Aringhoff. Monika Rüegg is now leading strategic market projects.

The Neopac Polyfoil® PP tube with the Twist'n'Use™ applicator has been awarded the coveted prize by the European Tube Manufacturer Association (ETMA) in the 'laminate tube' category. The winning tube is used by Safersonic in the medical field for ultrasound gel.
Neopac's subsidiary opens new production facility
The Hungarian subsidiary of Hoffmann Neopac AG, plastic tube manufacturer Tu-Plast, has officially opened its new production facility in Debrecen. The facility offers 6,600 square metres of space for a total of eight tube lines. The new site will allow the subsidiary to expand its annual production capacity to 300-500 million tubes. Tu-Plast has been extensively investing in Hungary since 2012 with the support of Hoffmann Neopac AG.
50 years of Neopac's Polyfoil - a symbiosis of protection and design
Neopac is celebrating. The Original Polyfoil® Tube is now 50 years old. Since its invention the Polyfoil tube has combined protection and design in a unique way. Neopac AirShield: The safe solution for sensitive beauty products
Neopac introduces the new AirShield™ tube.
