Jiusu Technology has officially commissioned its new user-side energy storage project, marking a significant step forward in the company’s efforts to improve energy efficiency and operational stability.

Developed and constructed by Poxiao New Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the project has a total capacity of 1,500 kW / 3,132 kWh and represents an investment of approximately RMB 4.7 million. Construction began in November 2025, with the system successfully entering operation in January 2026.

Designed to support the facility’s production power needs, the energy storage system operates using a peak-shaving and load-shifting strategy. This approach helps stabilize electricity supply during operations while reducing overall energy costs. It also optimizes power usage and eases demand on the grid during peak hours. In the event of an outage or emergency, the system can function as a backup power source, enhancing production safety and reliability.

Located entirely within the existing factory grounds, the project required no additional land use. The system consists of twelve standardized storage units, each rated at 125 kW / 261 kWh. These units are connected to the plant’s 380V distribution network through four grid access points. Advanced battery management, temperature control, and fire protection systems have been integrated to ensure safe and stable operation.

With this project now online, Jiusu Technology is set to further strengthen its energy management capabilities, supporting both efficient production and long-term sustainable growth.
