The Lameplast single-dose is smarter than ever: now with built-in applicator

  • Lameplast

The Lameplast single-dose is smarter than ever. Not only does it team practicality, safety and the right quantity of product; it also now comes with an applicator. For optimised results and to encourage correct product application, the applicator can be offered in a variety of versions: simple and smooth, with brush, sponge or with irregular, massaging surfaces, and much more.

Lameplast research focuses increasingly on innovation: practicality is a must, without forgetting the specific characteristics of each product. To guarantee maximum quality, the unit dose is manufactured in a single phase and the applicator is inserted immediately into the container, eliminating the risk of product leakage and maintaining sterility until it is opened.

The single-dose with applicator comes with a cap with high tab, which can hold a label giving product information in line with current regulations. For example, the Data Matrix and QR Code can be inserted in compliance with EU and US counterfeit regulations (FMD and DSCSA respectively), which comes into effect shortly.

The Lameplast single dose, available individually or in strips, is suitable for medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, veterinary, cosmetics use and many more fields. Thanks to the Modena-based company's expertise, the single dose can be made with various plastics, guaranteeing high chemical resistance, or with bio-based materials, designed with environmental sustainability in mind. That's not all. Lameplast is also able to design the applicator most suited to the customer's requirements. A specially made applicator can be designed according to the specific product characteristics whether it is a liquid, gel or cream.
