Libo has released a new set of striking and elegant compacts that include a new feature: a soft plastic film cover that resides between the compact lid and the product insert tray.  The new cover concept is ideal for preventing loose or shifting products (like powders) from escaping and is also ideal for ensuring products with a bit of moisture do not dry out quickly.

The new PP insert also proves to be a boon to companies, as it gives products longer shelf lives, preserving moisture in cosmetic products such as cream foundations, long-lasting eye-shadows, eye-liners or blushes.  Products with special or natural formulations benefit most, as the air-tight and high barrier liner ensures it gets into consumer hands in as excellent a condition as when it was packaged.

The product reservoir can also be used to hold interchangeable cosmetic cartridges, cutting down on the total packaging required to sell the line.  So, the initial consumer investment might include purchasing the compact with an insert, then more products can be purchase without the compct, thereby cutting down on unnecessary waste, which is great for keeping sustainability numbers in check.
