Owner-operated Menshen was formed in 1970 in the city of Finnentrop in the Sauerland region and now has 13 locations across eleven countries. Today, MENSHEN is one of the world’s leading plastic closures and system packaging manufacturers and employs around 1,400 people worldwide.
As a manufacturer of caps, closures, and coffee capsules, we want to rethink things from the ground up and be an innovative partner for both the environment and our customers. For Menshen, rethinking means seeing disruption as an opportunity and seeing new ways of thinking as a driver for action.
