Hungarian company Tu-Plast has been part of the Switzerland-based Hoffmann Neopac group for some ten years. Now, sales of the company's cosmetic products are being consolidated to offer an attractive range of products and innovations within the cosmetics market.

Neopac, based in Oberdiessbach, Switzerland, primarily produces specialized Polyfoil® tubes which offer highest-level protection and are available with a range of applicators and Tu-Plast produces mostly PE and Coex tubes.

Group management decided to restructure the sales organization from January 2016 in order to pool market expertise and resources in the area of cosmetics sales. The restructured organization is being led by Michael Aringhoff, a manager with extensive market knowledge who has been working at Hoffmann Neopac since 2010 and has considerable experience as a key account manager and as head of sales support.

Tu-Plast's commercial director, Attila Békési, will now head the entire group's sales regions whilst reporting directly to Michael Aringhoff and Monika Rüegg will now lead strategic market projects.

As the new sales organization sets various goals, Michael Aringhoff (pictured) commented:

"We're pooling our resources for producing cosmetics tubes on the rapidly changing European market and want to take strategic steps to enter new markets. Successfully harmonizing both sales organizations across cultures and locations is what will allow us to achieve those goals."

He continued by outlining how the organization's complete portfolio of tubes will serve both existing and new customers by offering considerable potential for those that require attractive and safe cosmetic packaging.
