Nordson EFD's Performus™ fluid dispensers product line

The Performus™ Series of fluid dispensers produced by Nordson EFD ensure reliable dispensing control for the general application of glues, oils, greases, epoxy, silicones, sealants, cyanoacrylates, solder pastes, and other assembly fluids dispensed with syringe barrels.

Powered by air (pneumatic), the dispensers both reduce costs and improve productivity, resulting in higher yields.

Key benefits of Performus™

  • Compact, Engineered Fluid Dispensing Systems that increase throughput,
improve yields, and reduce production costs
  • Eight different configurations: from the basic Performus I for manually controlled dispensing processes to the more sophisticated Performus VIII for higher control.
  • Unique compact cabinet that saves spaces on benchtops.

Depending on the model selected, the capabilities of these benchtop fluid dispensers include:

  • 0-100 psi general-purpose or 0-15 psi thin fluid pressure regulator
  • Teach function that simplifies initial setup
  • Vacuum control to keep thin fluids from dripping between shots
  • Digital display of all dispensing parameters
  • I/O (Input/Output) connector for linking to an external control circuit

Performus™ can be ordered as part of a complete benchtop fluid dispensing system from Nordson EFD. In combination with the company's Optimum® components, your dispenser will produce the most accurate, repeatable deposits possible.
