Artexis Easyfairs Headquarters, Brussels, is looking for a Marketing & PR intern for a period of 3 months (Feb>April 2016) to support the Marketing & Talent development teams.
Your key responsibilities will include

PR:

Creation and distribution of press releases
Manage media lists
Internal communications & articles via our social intranet & newsletter (English)
Support the communication around our internal academy

MARKETING:

Brand positioning & alignment of our corporate & events brand communications (visual identity of events across Europe)
PPT presentations based on conferences for The Academy (internal learning programme)
Database management

Main processes & tools used:

MS Office (mainly Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint)
Social media (Twitter, FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

The candidate will:

Develop a marketing communications experience in partnership with the Marketing Executive: research, branding, DM, e-marketing, advertising and online
Be a team player – who can work on own initiative
Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Be extremely organised
Ensure exceptional attention to detail
Be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills
Be professional and a diplomat
Have a strong drive for continuous improvement and want to work in a driven and high-energy environment
Have a good knowledge of Excel, PPT and social media
