Reporting to the Head of Online Marketing, you will take care of the roll-out coordination of all applications released by the Online Marketing Team (web and mobile applications).

Your key responsibilities will include:

Testing the new applications
Communication about the new solutions
Training the local users to ensure a high level of adoption
Collecting feedback and satisfaction from the local offices
Proposing improvements, new features and completely new solutions based on that feedback

Main processes, systems, tools used

TYPO3, N200, ExactTarget, Hootsuite, custom mobile apps (visitor app, rebooking app)

BS/MS degree
Broad experience with online tools (CMS, registration systems, social media platforms…)
3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role
Organised, attention to details
Communication skills
Experience as a trainer
Ready to travel for business

Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken) and French or Dutch
