PackSys Global proves its innovative precision technology with its SHOT line, the latest laminate tube line capable of producing 500 tubes a minute.

The world’s largest toothpaste producer entrusted PackSys Global to develop a tube line fast enough to meet their high demanding filling requirements.

The solution was found in collaboration with their sister company, Texa Packaging who developed the integrated tube packer in the line, which packs unfilled tubes into boxes for easy transportation to the next process station.

Within a few weeks, after installation at the customer site, the line exceeded the expectations committed for the line’s efficiency as well as scrap rate.
