Par-Pak Europe Ltd., based in Milton Keynes, part of The Waddington Group (Covington, Kentucky USA), is a leading thermoformer of containers and trays in the UK, with additional manufacturing sites all across North America.
We have easy access to the UK motorway networks, for cost effective and efficient delivery across the country.
You will find a wide range of plastic thermoformed packaging products to suit many food and industrial products.
We can supply you either from a large range of standard containers and trays, or your packs can be designed especially for you, whether you are a Packer, Retailer or Distributor.
Company History
In 2013 the US based Waddington Group acquired Par-Pak Canada a large thermoforming company based in Toronto with operations in Houston, Texas and Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire UK. This gave Waddington its first foothold back into the European market.
In September 2014 Par-Pak Europe acquired Holfeld Plastics in Ireland.
The two businesses have, since the start of 2015, operated under the Waddington Europe banner.
In April 2015 and to further strengthen its position in Europe under the Waddington Europe banner, Par-Pak acquired the interests of Deltaform based in Bridgwater, Somerset and its subsidiary Chiltern Thermoforming - both are leading independent manufacturers of rigid packaging with a product range and market reach complimenting and enhancing the current portfolio.
