For this project with Panier des Sens, Pujolasos developed the cap as an integral part of the product experience. Its design considered how the product is held, opened, and used over time, ensuring coherence between material, form, and everyday interaction.

Designing for the First Touch:

  • A cap designed to feel right:
Material selection, proportions, and surface finishing were defined to support a natural feel, visual consistency, and reliable performance in a cosmetic context.
  • Material expression aligned with daily use:
The cap needed to feel natural, precise, and coherent with the product inside. Each decision was made to ensure it feels aligned with the brand and with repeated use.
  • Visual warmth meets tactile quality:
Wood was chosen for its ability to add warmth while meeting cosmetic standards and repeated use. Its selection and finishing were defined with both aesthetics and durability in mind.

Developing this type of solution requires a clear understanding of material behavior, manufacturing constraints, and brand expectations. At Pujolasos, these elements are addressed together to deliver components that support the product experience in a way that feels intuitive, consistent, and premium.
