Market-leading PE container gets a leg up!

    • RPC Promens

RPC Sæplast is extending its range of market-leading 630 PE containers with the introduction of a 'leg' version, available without a pallet board. The new design provides an ideal solution for customers who require complete four way access. It can be specified with a lid and is also able to be stacked with existing pallet-board versions.

The Sæplast PE container is well-established as the best option for the safe and efficient handling of food products and is widely used in the meat, poultry and animal by-product industries. Its triple-layered polyethylene construction gives it exceptional strength while still being light and easy to handle with low noise levels, and this versatile combination provides long-term durability for reduced overall costs.

The unique ergonomic 'closed cell core' design does not absorb liquid and prevents the growth of harmful bacterial growth to deliver highly effective hygiene control. The one piece construction avoids easily-broken joints or the creation of hard-to-access crevasses to ensure easy cleaning and sanitisation. As a result the container is able to be used in the toughest of working environments.

The Sæplast 630 PE container offers a more practical and user-friendly alternative to stainless steel and corrugated options and can last up to ten times longer than comparable single wall plastic tubs. It is manufactured in 100% food-grade material and is fully recyclable.

"The leg version of the PE container is in response to customer requirements and further widens its versatility while losing none of its proven strength and durability", comments Arnar Snorrason, RPC Sæplast's market development manager.
