We specialize in high-volume, tailor-made production using extrusion blow-moulding, injection blow-moulding, stretch blow-moulding and injection stretch blow-moulding technologies.

Serioplast focuses on serving the personal care & pharmaceutical, home care, food & beverage and automotive markets. Each of our markets requires its own specific set of standards, know-how and technology – not only throughout the design and production processes but also in the selection of raw materials and additives. We specialize in the following technologies:

Extrusion Blow-moulding (EBM) : Transformation of HDPE, LDPE, PP, PETG and PVC materials. We offer multi-layering technology and a full product design, mould-testing and project management service.
Injection Moulding (IM) : PET preform injecting of standard formats as well as customised design and mould testing services. We offer high-volume capacities of up to 72-cavity injection moulds.
Stretch Blow-moulding (SBM) : A two-stage PET bottle production process, offering design and testing services for non-standard forms and customised closure specifications.
Injection Stretch Blow-moulding (ISBM) : A single-stage PET bottle production process, offering a full product design, mould-testing and project management service.
