Van Gils Sweet Creations and SFA Packaging have worked together for more than twenty years! Building on this long-standing partnership, SFA optimized an existing dessert cup with a clear focus on reliability, continuity and long-term use in production.

SFA adapted the dessert cup to ensure stable performance on Van Gils’ existing filling line. Together, the companies tested multiple iterations and fine-tuned the mould. This approach ensures that the new cup runs smoothly within the current production environment and also enables In-Mould Labeling, creating additional space for branding and communication. A feature that was not possible with the previous cup!

The cup is a mono-material solution, making it fully recyclable and prepared for future use of recycled or bio-based materials, in line with upcoming PPWR requirements.
