Job Description

Are you open for a new challenge in the Toly world of cosmetics packaging? Our Belgian sales office is recruiting a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive.

Manage and develop sales with existing and potential new accounts in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium. You will be promoting and selling our wide range of stock and custom packaging solutions from our own factories in Malta, China and South Korea, as well as from our exclusive partners in Asia.

Qualifications, Experience, Requirements
  • Grow our business with existing accounts
  • Develop business with new accounts
  • Achieve agreed annual sales target
  • Work closely with our team in Belgium as well as our in-house design and development teams in Malta, Korea and China to provide customers with creative and innovative packaging solutions.
  • Ability to make product and corporate presentations
  • Develop multi-level & cross-function relations with your customers
  • Prepare and submit in a timely manner visit reports
  • Maintain a strong and professional relation with both colleagues and customers
  • Participate at sales meetings and exhibitions

Desired Skills and Expertise:

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the beauty industry and/or in packaging
  • Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel min. 50%
  • Excellent written and oral skills in German and English
  • Ability to manage business development processes
  • Computer literate
