Toly announces a partnership with Dutch specialty packaging firm Paperfoam®, which sees Toly take the exclusive rights to distribute jointly developed products for the Beauty Industry. This agreement matches Toly’s Global Commercial reach and future sustainability strategy, with Paperfoam’s® injection-molded technology that shapes foamed paper into solid scratch free packaging. Paperfoam® is not only recyclable in paper stream, but also a material that is fully compostable through regular home and industrial methods, and will allow a joint development approach, with launches of a range of groundbreaking and innovative products into the Beauty Industry. Paperfoam® is available in many forms, including, but not limited to make-up palettes, jars and refill systems.
