Job Description

As an Operational Services Representative, you will serve as a reliable point of contact for information including expediting pending customer orders, resolving accounts payable discrepancies, replenishing inventory levels, and management of all documents relating to pending orders along with freight orders. You will have significant interaction with both our sales team and suppliers regarding pricing and shipping dates for customer orders. Likewise, you will work with the Packaging Consultants in your region to help customers realize the value-added packaging consulting services of TricorBraun that include Design & Innovation, logistics, global sourcing and marketing.

You’ll begin with a training program that spans classroom, online, and hands-on work with other operations employees to learn our business, our industry, and the sales process. You’ll be based out of an office where you will be able to support both the operations team along with Packaging Consultants. We're well known and respected in the packaging industry, which is very stable, and there’s a lot of opportunity here. Qualifications, Experience, Requirements

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Strong working knowledge of all MSFT Suite products that include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Also, experience working with ERP packages (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft) is preferred.
  • Strong administrative and data management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • A strong ability to skillfully use a computerized system to track and monitor customer accounts, organize priorities and manage your calendar of events.
