Becky Donner, senior vice president of Marketing, Design & Engineering at global packaging leader TricorBraun, will discuss e-commerce opportunities for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand owners at the inaugural E-Pack Summit in Chicago on September 18. She will demonstrate why an understanding of consumer behaviors can help brand owners better understand the packaging features and functionalities that will lead to sustained brand loyalty.

Donner will present “E-Commerce Growth & Consumer Behavior: What Packaging Providers Need to Know Today to Win Tomorrow” at Smithers Pira’s E-Pack, the first cross-sector conference focusing on technical discussions around leveraging the packaging industry to fulfill the growing e-commerce market.

“With e-commerce driving nearly all of U.S. CPG growth1, an e-commerce packaging strategy is a necessity,” said Donner. “Yet many CPG brands tell us they are repurposing packaging from brick and mortar to e-commerce channels with little change, risking a myriad of costly challenges, and creating a less than ideal experience for the consumer.
