UKPACK’s Airless Bottle brings a new visual experience to consumers while avoiding residue and air contamination for products.

The UKA22 AVDS system comes in 5 generous sizes: 300g, 400g, 500g, 750 and 1000g and can be customized in various colors, finishes, printing and labeling, according to customers’ needs.

Pump Lock

The Airless Pump is made from PP and allows for smooth liquid dispensing with good sealing. It features a twist lock function, whereby after use, the collapsed pump can be locked to prevent any mispressing, meaning it is safer to carry and travel with.

Pump Head Snap

The pack also includes a Pump Head Snap, that also can be used after use by installing the buckle to prevent any accidental contact. The buckle is equipped with a plug to reduce the pollution of residual materials in the pump head.

Display Details

The bottles are built with a wide-mouth diameter meaning it is easy to fill or take liquid from the bottle. The reliable sealing means it can operate cleanly with minimal contamination.

The Bottle Bottom Hole helps to maintain air pressure balance within the airless bottle. The position of the piston in the bottle can by adjusted by the amount of liquid.

Press Pump Head

Bottles are topped with a Press Pump Head which delivers smooth discharge and easy pressing for end users.

The bottles are made from PP material and for an even more eco-friendly package they can produced with PCR materials with different ratios according to requests.

Foamers at UKPACK

UKPACK offers matching foam bottles in a range from 50 to 650 ml. These foam bottles are produced from PET ,PETG or HDPE and fit the foam pumps perfectly. The PET foam bottles have a shiny and smooth appearance. As the neck is part of the injected preform this guarantees very narrow tolerances and therefore a guaranteed leak-free solution. The HDPE foam bottles have a more pharmaceutical appearance and can easily be produced in small quantities from 10,000 pieces in any one colour.

UKPack's Pump Dispensers

UKPack stocks a variety of lotion pump caps for many liquid dispensing applications. Most of the lotion pumps dispense between 0.1cc – 5.00cc output per stroke to allow for easy dispensing of high-viscosity products, as well as other pumps dispensing 10cc-30cc output to support lotion pump caps.
