    Meet one UKPACK's packaging solutions for hair masks, the UKC41.

    Design

    This cream jar acts as a hybrid between bottle and jar, featuring an unusual curved design, reminiscent of bottles or elegant drinking glasses. 

    The pack comes with three parts; the cap, the lid and the single-layer bottle body. The PP inner cover prevents liquid leakage while protecting the product from outside contamination, working together with the cap to provide a double layer of preservation.

    The wide mouth of the jar means it is easy to fill with lotion or even thicker creams and that it can be easily cleaned to be reused or recycled. 

    Material and decoration

    Environmental-friendly PP material is used to realize PCR material production. The material allows for logos to be incorporated into the mold as well as more conventional printing. 

    Applications 

    This product can be used in the packaging of hair gels, body milk, scrub cream, makeup remover balm and a series of tick viscosity products.

    Foamers at UKPACK

    UKPACK offers matching foam bottles in a range from 50 to 650 ml. These foam bottles are produced from PET ,PETG or HDPE and fit the foam pumps perfectly. The PET foam bottles have a shiny and smooth appearance. As the neck is part of the injected preform this guarantees very narrow tolerances and therefore a guaranteed leak-free solution. The HDPE foam bottles have a more pharmaceutical appearance and can easily be produced in small quantities from 10,000 pieces in any one colour.
