UKPack's Rotary Airless Bottles are refillable, recyclable and feature a modern twist.

Rotary Airless Bottles offer an eco-friendly and visually appealing solution, whereby users can easily engage with the pack. Produced using sustainable materials, UKPack produces the bottles in recyclable PP plastic and PCR materials ranging from 10% to 100%, depending on customer needs.

Designed with a sleek cylindrical shape, the pump head is concealed within the pack, keeping the orifice clean from dust and contamination. By a gentle rotation, the pump will rise into a convenient dispensing position, providing a smooth pump experience and controlled dosing, ideal for personal care, skincare and beauty products.

The pump head can come in an all-plastic option, increasing the pack's level of recyclability and providing a metal-free pathway for the formula.

The formula itself is protected by innovative strawless airless technology, controlling unwanted reactions, increasing shelf life and allowing for more active natural ingredients. The airless plug gradually rises with the use of the product, increasing product usage and minimizing leftover residue and waste.

Available in 30ml and 50ml sizes, The Rotary Bottles are great for daily routines and are easily portable.

The bottles come with a refillable option, whereby the inner bottle can be removed and replaced with a replenished pack, saving on plastic usage. The bottles can be equipped with a pump head or a simple cover cap for more cost-effective replenishing packs.

UKPACK offers matching foam bottles in a range from 50 to 650 ml. These foam bottles are produced from PET ,PETG or HDPE and fit the foam pumps perfectly. The PET foam bottles have a shiny and smooth appearance. As the neck is part of the injected preform this guarantees very narrow tolerances and therefore a guaranteed leak-free solution. The HDPE foam bottles have a more pharmaceutical appearance and can easily be produced in small quantities from 10,000 pieces in any one colour.
