UKPACK’s PET Airless Lotion Bottles

UKPACK now uses PET material to produce airless bottles, meaning it is a more cost effective and sustainable choice for customers, opening more opportunities for the use of PCR. The company has completed batch test production on their range of airless bottles the UKA69 series. During the tests, the product was able to retain the transparency of PETG and could also be produced using recycled materials, reducing the overall use of virgin plastics.

UKPACK has created the UKM60, reusable, washable and reliable packaging that still caters to luxury brands. The set marries a sleek visual design with innovative mechanisms to achieve a high-end feel. The jar opens via a distinctive flap, to reveal a small convenient scoop that makes the application process more hygienic for users. By rotating the bottom of the bottle, the pump head will smoothly rise to position ready to dispense.

The Airless Lotion Bottle is small and light making it the ideal pack for travel cosmetics and personal care. You can be assured your product is easy to board, safe to use and easy to clean, all while still protecting active ingredients in the formula.

UKPACK's Refillable Airless Bottle

UKPACK’s airless refillable system utilizes PP, but can also be created with 30-100% PCR by package weight. The internal cartridge can be recycled and a new cartridge can be used with the same actuator and outer bottle. Both of these features reduce the carbon footprint and environmental impact of the ARS. Incorporating a disposable and replaceable inner cartridge is UKPACK Packaging’s newest innovation towards sustainable packaging.

Magnetic Over Cap for Airless Bottles

UKPACK adds another level of luxury to airless packs by incorporating an ergonomically designed magnetic over-cap. The magnetic caps create a gentle suction on the closure and the user can still open and close the lid with ease. The lid features a deliberate recession that perfectly fits the shape of a finger, meaning the lid can be gripped more effectively.

AllPlastic Bellows Pump is Now More Sustainable Than Ever

UKPACK has made more advancements in providing its customers with sustainable packaging solutions and can announce that the AllPlastic Pump has become easier to recycle, helping brands meet their sustainability goals. UKPACK's AllPlastic Pump, now contains 100% polyolefin materials, which will make the recyclability process fully ready for a circular economy. The enhanced AllPlastic Bellows Pumps provide ease of recycling, yet with the same performance as previous TPE model.

Foamers at UKPACK

UKPACK offers matching foam bottles in a range from 50 to 650 ml. These foam bottles are produced from PET ,PETG or HDPE and fit the foam pumps perfectly. The PET foam bottles have a shiny and smooth appearance. As the neck is part of the injected preform this guarantees very narrow tolerances and therefore a guaranteed leak-free solution. The HDPE foam bottles have a more pharmaceutical appearance and can easily be produced in small quantities from 10,000 pieces in any one colour.

UKPack stocks a variety of lotion pump caps for many liquid dispensing applications. Most of the lotion pumps dispense between 0.1cc – 5.00cc output per stroke to allow for easy dispensing of high-viscosity products, as well as other pumps dispensing 10cc-30cc output to support lotion pump caps.

UKA47 PP all-plastic airless pump jar is new packaging solution able to guarantee the integrity of cosmetic products and responding to the growing demand for natural and delicate face care products.Equipped with a press-touch pump completely free of metal components, it allows for complete protection of the cosmetic formula.

Makeup Remover Oil Pumps: No Leakage

UKPACK’s 0.23cc, 0.5cc and 1cc cleansing oil pump possess the incredible ability to pull back the liquid that remains in the pump nozzle so that drops do not form on the tip. The net result is that the liquid doesn’t make its way back down from the nozzle onto the bottle.
