There have been quite a few changes in the beauty packaging space since our last issue, and many innovative concepts have hit the market that merit attention. There are a whole variety of interesting developments in the dispensing space as well as a variety of new material concepts.
Most beauty packaging tries to encompass the aspirations of consumers. Each component can convey key ideas that fit in with a person's sense of self or the kind of individual he/she wants to be. Feelings and ideas need to be encapsulated in a visual design in order to attract the consumer and stand apart on the shelf. That's why many firms are looking for new and innovative ways to engage the consumer immediately. Beauty packaging is far more than simple utility.
This is our second issue of Beauty using Webpackaging as our CMS, and things are going swimmingly. We have progressively made a number of improvements to the system since last year, and the platform is proving even more popular than we had hoped!
The new Webpackaging makes it a lot easier for professionals to find the sort of packaging they require quickly and easily. It also provides a wide array of tools to professionals, including timely news, product information, editable 3D models, and more.
