This sustainable development offers several advantages compared to glass roll-ons. The carbon footprint of this design saves 35% or more CO2 emissions, depending on the weight of the current glass roll-on.

It can also be easily recycled once the product is depleted, with none of the parts requiring incineration, as is the practice for plastic parts on glass roll-ons. Additionally, the lightweight pack can be made of recycled material (rPET), further enhancing sustainability.

Excellent Performance

The 4-piece roll-on packaging concept provides advanced sealing properties and excellent pack tightness. The pack, with fully aligned tolerances, features a convenient opening and closing mechanism.

The roll-on is available in a high-quality glass look as well as a matt frosted look, appealing to consumers who value a premium finish.

Easy Customization

Thanks to the innovative tooling concept, the bottle is easily customizable. It will be paired with a 1.14” roll-on ball and a matt PP cap that can be colored as required to match branding. The complete pack can be further tailored through decoration.
