ADA's new embossed/debossed jars make an impression

ADA Packaging, founded in 1999 and one of the leading manufacturers of cosmetic packaging products in China, has released a range of lovely new jars, decorated at the mould level with easily customizable embossing and/or impressing. The new decoration option rounds out one of the biggest selections in Asia of packaging decoration techniques available in one place.

The ovoid jars are made from sturdy and resistant PET-G which can be of just about any quality required, even up to food-grade calibre for sensitive personal care or cosmetic creams.  Fully recyclable, each jar possesses the qualities typically associated with quality PET-G: very high transparency if required; the ability to be tinted according to colour-matching during the design process; resistance to a wide array of chemical and natural products; resistance to stress whitening when thermoformed or blow-moulded.

As mentioned, the jars also provide the product producer to add a tactile component to the jars by opting for embossing or impressing or both, according to the effect desired.  Using a combination of concavity and convexity, each jar can be made to look and feel like an etched glass masterpiece without having to deal with increased weight and a tendency to shatter.
