Advanced Dynamics Ltd will be promoting a range of new automation and efficiency increasing options that supplement its renowned range of market-leading labelling machines, as well as friction feeders and shrink sleeve solutions, at the Packaging Innovations show.

For the first time at an exhibition Advanced Dynamics will be showcasing rotary tables alongside its versatile Pack Leader ELF desk-top labelling equipment which can increase productivity and efficiency allowing clients to reduce the number of operators required to run a line. Together, they allow the reallocation of staff to more productive tasks. Pack Leader’s highly accurate and robust ELF machines, exclusively available in the UK from Advanced Dynamics, can be stand alone or integrated into a line for labelling a variety of container sizes, cartons and bottle shapes.

Compact, efficient and flexible, the ELF-50 and the ELF-20’s aluminium and stainless steel design makes it portable and durable. It has a maximum labelling width capacity of 120mm, while the user friendly operating system and microprocessor controls have many added features that can boost production efficiency.

Advanced Dynamics’ managing director, Malcolm Little, said: “Rotary tables are a perfect example of how we can provide improved efficiencies for customers through a constant container flow, removing the requirement for operators to place containers individually on the conveyor. At the end of the line, a collecting table can be used to accumulate jars or bottles, again eliminating human intervention.”

Sharing centre stage at Packaging Innovations will be the inline PL-221 top and base label application system together with the PL501 High Speed Wraparound, which both offer quick set-up and easy changeover.
