Need a quick breakdown of the differences between rigid packaging and the AeroFlexx Pak? While most rigid packaging relies on single-wall plastic and custom molds to achieve its shape, Mike Brentar, Operations Manager, breaks down the AeroFlexx packaging structure and inflated airframe to create a package that stands like a rigid bottle but performs with the efficiency of a flexible format:

"Traditional packaging relies on molds to create a single-wall, thick, rigid plastic package. Our approach uses two layers of polyethylene (PE) film, each approximately one hundred microns thick, which are inflated with air between them using custom sealing dyes. The sealing geometry allows air to enter and remain between the two layers. Once the package is folded and air is introduced between the films, it gains the rigidity needed to stand upright like a traditional bottle, while retaining all the benefits of flexible packaging."

Eliminate the need for traditional molds, while improving your brand’s drive for innovation and differentiation. Get started now!
