Founded in 2006, the Guangzhou, China based company, supplies bottles to customers around the world, ensuring that they fit with each and every customer's individual requirements in design, processing and production.

As sales agent, Allipak presents the Rheen-1 sampling pumps. The Rheen-1 sampler package includes a number of components: A negative pressure type oil gun, a one-time use 6*8 PE hose, HDPE sample bottles (100ml, 200ml, 250ml, 350ml, 500ml) and a 120ml PET sample bottle. The set is packaged in a box making it easy to carry to work sites.

Allipak's Rheen-1 pump is a convenient package that offers simple manual operation. Not only is the performance is good, the entire pack is durable so offering a unique competitive advantage in their complete ability to take small amounts of fluids.

The Rheen-1 pump is made of lightweight, injection-moulded nylon. The U-Models are fitted with clear, cast acrylic heads and equipped with aluminium parts to ensure that the pumps are both durable and great looking.

The sampling pumps can be widely used in various industries, such as environmental protection, the chemical industry, water conservation, etc, as the Rheen-1 pumps are able to complete many kinds of oil contamination sampling, including cleanliness, particle detection sampling analysis, oil monitoring sampling, sampling, and regular oil analysis sampling. The sampler pump can form a complete set of various kinds of oil contamination sampling, cleanliness, particle detection sampling analysis, sampling, oil monitoring sampling and regular sampling oil analysis.

    To use the sampler:

    1. Unscrew the front-end circle of the oil gun. Pass the hose through the nut, tighten the nut and fix the oil gun and hose ensuring 1cm of hose at the bottom joint of the oil gun to avoid oil pollution in the joints as well as inside the gun.
    2. Fit the sampler bottle with a twist to attach it to the oil gun. (Samples should be taken when the oil is at a high temperature, such as at the end of the assignment. Sampling conditions should be the same as far as is possible.)
    3. Remove the oil dipstick and oil level screw from the tank before putting the hose into the oil. The oil hose should be inserted to a depth of about 50mm  so as not to suck any sediment. Note: Ensure that the hose is cut and placed to check it is the appropriate length before use.
    4. Push the oil gun handle, and then the handle back again, in order to form the vacuum pump action which will bring the oil down into the oil bottle through the hose. If the required amount of oil is not achieved, then the pump action can be repeated as required.
    5. Fill the oil bottle to its mark, making sure not to fill it completely.
    6. Fit the oil bottle with the inner cover after unscrewing it from the oil gun joint, without allowing dust or other external impurities to enter, then screw the cover tightly.
    7. Finally, dry the hose end with a clean cloth or paper. Unscrew the round nut and draw the hose out. Note that the hose should be changed after each use.
