Ansder Cosmetic Automation, a unique Taiwanese manufacturer of packaging assembly machines, has launched a high-speed cap and stem assembly machine that uses automatically sprayed glue. This smart innovation helps packaging suppliers save time, labor costs and raise production capacity. 

The machines are made of aluminum and stainless material. Ansder uses motors and cylinders made in Japan or from a Japanese brand produced in Taiwan, so the machines work accurately, stably, and with decreased damage ratings. The PLC runs according to European and Japanese specifications and Ansder also uses a variety of global brands for main optional parts in order to lessen the mechanical downtime for users.

The machine's function is simple yet well defined. After attaching the rod and doe feet together, the next step is to assemble the caps. This machine is designed to assemble plastic or aluminum caps and stems with the glue inside, which is applied automatically inside the caps and then assembled with the stems. This intelligent work station combines three processes into one machine, and only one operator is needed to feed materials, collect products, and avoid errors. 

The standard output is between 15,000 - 20,000pcs in 8hrs. This design is also suited for lip gloss caps as well as for mascara, eyeliner, and nail polish.
