There are roll on accessories fitting glass bottles on the market, however the tamper evident option was not available - until now!
It is almost impossible in the pharmaceutical industry to develop and market a product using a bottle without tamper evidence. The development of this specific design offers a solid solution for all (para)pharmaceutical products requiring a easy-to-apply yet tamper evident dispensing closure
This solution comes with a few important financial advantages. As the pack is delivered completely assembled in 1 piece, the closure can be screwed on cost-efficiently after the filling. Hereby guaranteeing an automatical and tight assembly of the roll on fitment in the bottles opening. The extra handling and cost of manually fitting the support and ball is no longer needed.
Also the tamper evident closure ensures a conform sealing and does not require an additional sleeve or cellulose seal or even a secondary packaging to ensure tamper evidence and can thus lower the costs significantly. The ribbed cap also ensures a good grip and can easily be unscrewed to break off the tamper evident ring.
The caps are available in standard black color from stock, but can of course be produced in any color reference subject to a minimum production quantity.
