AWANTYS' optimal solution for Lalique Beauty's Jaguar Classic

This project was carried out by development services from AWANTYS, and resulted in a replacement of the Zamak cap, shoulder and bottom by metallized PP.

AWANTYS developed a connection between the base and shoulder, which enables the previously required screw to be easily dispensed. We were able to offer and to realize an optimal solution for our customer’s design throughout the development and we were also able to realize the concentration of all of steps of the tool production, plastic parts and their assembly as well as the pre-assembly between the closure and the shoulder. The three parts were produced entirely by one of our Eastern European suppliers according to AWANTYS’ specifications.
