Some time ago, BeyonDevices (the new name of Neutroplast’s sister company Neutrodevices) decided to launch an innovative product after a detailed study of what the market was offering its customers.  BeyonDevices concluded that there was a clear lack of vaginal applicators on the market that offered a hygienic, comfortable and sensitive experience and that the current offerings of blunt edged applicators supplied by other manufacturers were not user friendly enough, nor provided an adequate comfort and improved compliance to the drug delivery process. As such, the company decided to create its own.

Neutroplast’s new patented drug-delivery device was thus designed with the objective of bringing maximum ease of use, comfort and efficiency to the delivery of vaginal ovules, pills, capsules and creams. It features an ergonomic format together with an innovative release system that allows for the handling of the device with one hand, maximizing results both in compliance of the administration as well as in comfort for the user.

As this is a single use, disposable item, cost efficiency was also a concern. The delivery device is therefore built using injection molded plastic parts, allowing for competitive prices, providing pharmaceutical or other women’s health companies to launch their products using this new technology without hampering commercial results, in many cases improving them instead.
