Created by Dr. Tiziano in 1999, the BIOTIC Phocea Laboratories offer expertise in restorative and corrective dermopigmentation . Based in Marseille, laboratories have specialized in the design and manufacture of sterile pigments. They meet both the European standards for medical devices CEIIb (BioChromaDerm®) to the most recent European recommendations in terms of Permanent Makeup. Over the years, BIOTIC Phocea has become the reference on the French market for pigments for medical skin-pigmentation and permanent makeup.
